Hey everyone!
As most people know, I’ve been running this blog since 2013 and have been doing so by myself.
While I apparently make it look easy (a strange feedback I’ve gotten pretty recently), I’ve been feeling a little burned out and that I’ve lost a lot of my humour.
After a couple of weeks of contemplation and persuasion (over wine and scotch of course), we’ve decided to have a partner on board.
Ladies and gentlemen, meet the blog’s new partner, the fabulous Ms. Chia Roxas!

Please excuse my exhausted state in this photo
Chia just finished her masters with INSEAD in Fontaineblaeu. We’ve bonded over the years through discovering many shared histories (I really feel she’s one of my long lost little sisters that our parents forgot to declare) and love of European culture. Over the years, she has worked for several FMCG multinationals (where my husband first met her).
So, why her?
I feel like she’ll bring to the table a badly-needed refreshing non-technical person’s perspective on alcohol (I find that my articles over the years have gotten more and more technical, which was probably because further learning, stress, and -gasp- ageing), as well as a little business sense…
Most importantly though, we need her on board to get to the next phase of the blog, which…
I won’t spoil. 😉
Watch out for her first for the blog tomorrow.
Cheers!
