If you are like me and have been caught in the “ber month rush”, you must also be up to your head in work, parties, and overall preparations for Christmas (shopping, decorating, etc.).

(note: My friends from other countries often find it odd that the Philippines has the longest Christmas season on earth… But that we do, and that we’re happily proud of!)

Speaking of parties, one of the questions I often get is tips on how to design a proper wine dinner (or lunch, no judgement on day drinkers here!).

Slight disclaimer: Honestly, there are some guests who prefer to be unorthodox and, say, pair chicken breast with a powerful Cabernet Sauvignon (thus disrupting the course). For that, I say, to each his/her own preference. 😉

Speaking of busy-ness, we’re flying out next week for a much needed R&R, but we’ll try our best to keep the blog updated. What I’m positive about is that the Instagram account (@2shotsandapintofficial) will be active.
