Hi everyone! Exciting news: The Embassy of Chile, in partnership with Dusit Thani Manila, is holding their first “Chilean Gastronomic Week” from 10-14 October 2018 at Dusit’s The Pantry Restaurant. Highlights include Chile’s famous and traditional dishes as prepared by Chilean chef Matias Mardones. The best part is that they’re featuring the Chilean Pisco (there is nothing on Earth quite like it!).
