My Vegan Wednesdays in Ralph’s Wines and Spirits Pasay Road (Jackson Building, 924 Arnaiz Avenue, Makati)
What’s Happening: Free flowing vegan friendly/organic wines paired with vegan friendly handcrafted cheese by In A Nutshell, vegan dips and spices by Chili Asylum, and chocolate vegan doughnuts by Green Bar (in partnership with PETA Asia) for P1,500/person. RSVP Jorge Joseph at 0917-8537501. Limited seats available, but they’re planning to make it a Wednesday thing. Can’t go wrong when wining for the animals, right?

Bartender Series featuring Luca Cinalli (Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar, Shangri-La at The Fort)
What’s Happening: As part of the hotel’s ongoing bartender series (where they feature different talented bartenders from legendary bars all over the world), we are treated to the amazing mixology stylings of Luca Cinnali of Oriole Bar, London (ranked 17th in the World’s Top Bars). Get a chance to meet him in Raging Bull from June 7-9, 2018, 8pm onwards. Each cocktail is PHP500nett.
World Gin Day 2018 (Gilarmi Lounge, Discovery Primea, Ayala Avenue, Makati)
What’s Happening: From 4-9pm, enjoy 15 variants of gin and tonic cocktails for PHP1,000. First 50 customers get a miniature bottle of gin and tonic water for free. A Botanist Gin and Tonic kit is priced at PHP3,500 during the event. From 9pm-12mn, there will be a special guest bar shift featuring signature gin cocktails. Gift Certificates for Gilarmi’s famous Gin and Tonic Buffet are also up for grabs, as well as an 8 Botanicals Gin and Tonic package.
